   The term of Training

The term of Training generally means a process of skills development and obtaining competences.
In the aspect of human resources management in an organization, training shall be understood as a human management system element, aimed at maintenance and enhancement of employee efficiency in a company.

   What is the purpose of the trainings organized?

- Transferring of new necessary knowledge;
- Determining of employee potential development directions;
- Facilitating of changes' introduction in the organization;
- Personnel education and development;
- Providing various problem solutions via exchanging of the participants' experience.
